Pharmaceutical Manufacturers

Pharmacists
Our programs are designed to make it easy for pharmacists to process claims correctly on the first attempt. Our best-in-class call center is open 24/7, 365 days a year. Our agents are experienced in claims processing issues. Payer sheets posted on our website explain details for submitting claims for each program. Whenever possible, we provide information to pharmacies prior to program start so that the launch is smooth and trouble-free. Our programs offer reasonable consultative fees to pharmacists, supporting them as the valuable link in patient compliance.
Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs)
Our programs support prescribing based on what the HCP believes to be medically appropriate for their patient, without making the drug tier the primary concern. We enable their patients to access what their HCP has prescribed and to continue on therapy. We provide physicians with additional information they can give directly to patients. We understand that the healthcare practitioner's time is valuable, and our call center specialists provide efficient, knowledgeable and complete answers.
Patients
Cost is often a factor even for patients who have health insurance. We offer programs to help with copays, as well as alternative sampling and loyalty cards. Our extensive pharmacy network enables patients to go to the pharmacy of their choice. Our in-house clinical team can help design a program to target appropriate touch points for communication with patients. These are designed to motivate patients to comply with their recommended medical therapy.
All patients want to limit the amount of paperwork and "hassle" necessary to obtain copay assistance. Our programs are simple for patients to use, requiring no receipts or mail-in rebates, while ensuring the participating product was purchased.
