The Argus PharmaGroup Account Management and Implementation teams are the primary point of contact for our new clients when developing new programs. All areas of Argus support these teams. They work closely with our clients to ensure program compliance with business rules, enthusiastic user uptake, and system efficiencies that support business and therapeutic goals.
Once the program is successfully implemented, Argus PharmaGroup will dedicate an experienced Account Manager who will be a single point of contact for daily issues, never losing the support of all of the experts who have been part of the implementation process from the start.
The Business Analysis Team provides thorough, well-written requirements documentation to keep projects on track, on schedule, and to reduce rework. The team identifies value-added products and tools that promote client self-service, flexibility and efficiency in the set-up and maintenance of programs. The team remains a vital part of existing programs as new components are added or changes occur.
Working closely with the Account Management and the Business Analysis Teams, the Web Development Team is responsible for the technical support and development of programs. These programs involve not only software and online applications, but also include database storage and fulfillment processes.
